John 9:8-38 Following Christ

May 20, 2018 Speaker: Scott Slaughter Series: The Gospel of John

Topic: Discipleship, God's Will, Obedience to God Scripture: John 9:8–9:38

  • Every Christian is occasionally challenged in his faith because he is faced with impossible tasks and given seemingly incomprehensible teachings from God’s Word.
  • In our beliefs, we are confronted with God doing something or teaching something in the Bible that we have a difficult time believing and obeying.
  • Are you experiencing overwhelming problems?
  • Is God’s Word challenging your unbelief?
  • Do the solutions taught in the Bible sound silly to you?

Then give serious, prayerful consideration to how Jesus dealt with this blind man.
