Free and open to the public, this Benefit Classical Music Concert promises to be a unique treat to our entire community. We are thrilled to show our love and support for Clara Passmore and her husband James as they make plans for her to take advantage of this life-changing training.

Support our beloved Lead Pianist Clara Passmore and enjoy an evening of beautiful classical music. Plan to attend this very unique benefit concert featuring pianist Clara Passmore and soprano Bently Dorics.

Opportunity to give will be provided. The concert is FREE but all donations are greatly appreciated.

All funds go toward paying the costs ($3000.00) for Clara Passmore's summer training (four weeks) in Lucca, Italy.

The Concert Includes:
Some French pieces by the composer Debussy, German pieces from "Myrthen" by Schumann, a vocal waltz titled "Il Bacio," and some musical theater pieces “Falling in Love with Love” by The Boys from Syracuse, “What Good Would the Moon Be” from Street Scenes, "Someone to Watch Over Me" by Gershwin, and "Lover" from Love Me Tonight. There will also be some sacred music by Bach and/or Handel.

A Message from Clara:
"I am raising money to go to Lucca, Italy for an opera summer program called “Opera Lucca.” I’ll be taking Italian language classes in the morning and playing opera scenes in the evening for 4 weeks and there are also various performances throughout the program. It’s a great opportunity for me as I’m looking to be the rehearsal pianist for opera companies after I finish my degree in May.
I’m trying to raise $3,000, but I’m also doing other recitals to help raise the funds, any amount that Coggins could provide is greatly appreciated! I’m so excited to share my music with the congregation!"
