GRACE, What is It? Part 1: Grace is NOT Works.

Grace is God’s unmerited favor given to us, and God’s power working in us through faith in Jesus. Grace is Not Works. Grace is God's unmerited favor. It has always been God's plan for how He would redeem a people for His name. Work-righteousness was never the way of redemption. Jesus, we are told in the New Testament, was 'slain before the foundation of the world.' Salvation by grace through faith is how God's saints have all been saved. Genesis 6:5–8 ... [7] So the LORD said, “I will blot out man whom I have created from the face of the land, man and animals and creeping things and birds of the heavens, for I am sorry that I have made them.” [8] But Noah found favor in the eyes of the LORD.
