Can A Christian Lose Salvation?

Can a Christian lose salvation? This portion of John’s epistle is about fellowship with God. Christians have fellowship with God. This is a great privilege purchased for us by Christ upon the cross of His suffering. Our need is to continue this fellowship with the Almighty without allowing into our lives hindrances to that union we have with the Father. If we walk in the light of His holiness, as He is in the light, we maintain this blessed fellowship with Him. How we answer the question, “What happens when a Christian sins?” determines and reveals much about what we believe about salvation and sanctification.
