Psalm 25 A Prayer for Mercy

Topic: Psalms, Prayer, God's Presence, Depression, Loneliness Scripture: Psalm 25

Psalm 25 is a Penitential Psalm. In it, David confesses his sins and pleads for God’s forgiveness and favor. David pleads for God to reveal His ways and His truth to him and for the Lord to help him have the integrity to obey.

This psalm is very hard to divide because it never really changes subjects but alternates between facets. It is more of a meditation, amusing, rather than a logically disclosed subject. Because of this, I have taken what I believe to be the main ideas and grouped the texts accordingly.
